Our Return Policy: If you aren't satisfied, simply return any unused and undamaged products within 30 days for a full refund minus the shipping charges. Returns should be carefully packed and sent to: Soap-On-A-Rope Bath Boutique, P.O. Box 73, Waterville, OH 43566.

Shipping: We ship all of our merchandise via UPS (United Parcel Service), DHL Worldwide Express and the United States Postal Service. And while most companies do not like to ship out of the Continental United States, no matter where you are in the world, we will ship to you directly.

Note: Parcels leaving the United States can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on customs in your country.

Our Out-of-Stock Policy: Because we represent dozens of individual soap crafters from around the world, some items in our catalog may not be immediately available for shipping. When an item you request is out of stock, we will advise you of this situation via e-mail, advise how long this backorder situation is expected to last and give you the option of withdrawing your order.
